The goal of the journal TESL IN THE CLASSROOM (TITC) is to create a resource bank for the ESL teacher. In fulfilling this goal, TITC contains relevant information regarding activities, materials and classroom management.
TESL IN THE CLASSROOM is primarily oriented to current and future ESL teachers at all levels of education: K-12, 2-year and 4-year institutions of higher learning; adult education; English for specific purposes; and language institutes. Each activity has a targeted age range but can be adapted to fit most needs.
Our vision for TESL IN THE CLASSROOM is a multiple page online publication without illustrations. TITC will be comprised of solicited articles targeted for teachers, on activities and ideas to enhance their skills and effectiveness in developing lessons and materials. Lastly, TITC content is immediately accessible and practical. We publish articles that are professional in style and written in language that is clear and understandable to all ESL educators.
