The main campus of Texas Tech University is bordered by 4th St. on the north and 19th St. to the south, and by University Ave. on the east and Indiana Ave. to the west.
The Foreign Language Building (FL) is located on 18th Street, just to the east of the English-Philosophy (EN-PH) and Education (EDUC) complex.
