French 155-Hour Dual B.A./M.A. Program

Students at Texas Tech can obtain both a B.A. and an M.A. in French in five years by “double-applying” 9 hours of upper-level course work to both degrees.

The fifth year is normally funded (this means students participate in teaching beginning French and are paid as a Teaching Assistant or Graduate Part-Time Instructor).

Some Summer School is required.

Studies show that obtaining an advanced degree significantly enhances a person’s earning power.
