Fall 2007

The Italian Club, the Language Lab, and Qualia
and Horn Professor Hafid Gafaïti present a lecture
by Paolo Valesio (Giuseppe Ungaretti Professor of Italian
Literature at Columbia University), The Insinuations
of the Fantastic.  This event will take place on November 29
at 4:30pm in the Qualia Room (Basement, Foreign Languages
Building).  Entrance is free.

The Italian Club announces the screening of Federico
Fellini's I Vitelloni: The Young and the Passionate .
A lecture by Daniela Bini (University of Texas at Austin),
I Vitelloni: Yesterday and Today, will introduce the movie.
This event will take place on Monday November 12
in the Qualia Room in the Foreign Languages
Building at 5.30pm.  Entrance is free.
